Success from the Inside Out: Launch Your 2020 Healing

For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,”
declares the Lord.” Isaiah 55:8-9

Last July, I was planning to go on a vacation. I needed the vacation after enduring a busy and tough winter and spring. This trip was becoming extremely difficult to plan and then my eyes opened to the fact that God was doing what I call a holy interruption. He was trying to get my attention. A woman that I admire and trust a great deal invited me to hear Nona Jones speak at her church about her life and book. I had no idea who Nona Jones was but I was about to find out. Nona Jones is a wife, mother, pastor, speaker, business executive and author who is in charge of Facebook’s Faith based partnerships.

Nona is a very extremely humble and transparent woman. She has many gifts including teaching and encouragement. She told her story and had us do exercises that were very healing. She also talked about her book “Success from the Inside Out: Power to Rise from the Past to a Fulfilling Future“.  After the event, she posed with everyone in the room and spoke with everyone one on one. I even spoke into a microphone during the event which points to my calling and purpose. I did not know it at the time but my life was forever changed by meeting Nona. I began to follow her on Instagram. She would like and respond to my comments. I received better insight into her life. I read an advance copy of her book as a member of her book launch team. This book is amazing. I would recommend you get a copy also.

Success from the Inside Out is a beautiful masterpiece that has addressed and uncovered my past hurts, provided clarity for my present and expanded my excellent future. This book blessed me in so many ways. Nona was extremely transparent and honest while being caring and loving as she shared her story. I had to take my time reading this book so I could digest what God was saying to me. God revealed some things in me that I never addressed or had never finished addressing. I was armed with the tools I needed to make some decisions about moving forward. Nona discussed her triumphs, traumas, victories and failures. God is her foundation. I love how she used scripture and pointed back to God and his faithfulness. Here is one of my favorite passages from the book.

Jeremiah 29:11 says, “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”In the hands of God, the broken pieces of past failure can pave the pathway to better decisions next time. You have a future. You have a hope. The beauty of God is that he never discards us just because we made a mess of things. Instead, when we made the biggest mess in the universe, he peered down from heaven, then leaned over to Jesus an said, “Only you can clean that up.”

This book allowed me to address some of the pain from my past. I was able to cry overdue tears of cleansing.  It also gave me tools for expanding my territory and vision as I begin to fully walk in my God given purpose. It also opened my heart and mind to walking in a posture of healing and victory. This book has changed my life. I recommend this book to anyone who needs help moving forward, understanding healing and forgiveness,  being equipped for their future or/and wants to be encouraged in their present. This book is stunning and I know God gave Nona the words. Nona, thank you for allowing God to use you and your testimony to liberate so many people and make them better as they walk into their God given purpose. Please click here to get your copy of the book. Give yourself and all you love the gifts of healing and freedom today!
