Happy Friday! I am not sure about you but I am excited today is Friday. It has been a busy and rainy week. I am so thankful to be closing out another productive week. What about you? Last night, I decided to treat myself to something sweet and fruit was not going to cut it. I love fruit a lot but I wanted something a little more. Have you ever had a moment where you wanted to try something new but you were concerned about the outcome? I decided to go to one of my favorite places in the world, Target, to start my exploration. I decided on Tate’s Bake Shop gluten free chocolate chip cookies and SO Delicious’ oat milk apple crumble. Full disclosure: I have eaten this particular flavor of a frozen dessert from SO Delicious but this one is my favorite. This combination was delicious and excellent. I ate this combination more than 12 hours ago and I have no discomfort.

The cookies from Tate’s Bake Shop have always been a favorite but I was scared to try to the gluten free version. These cookies are great and paired with almond milk, I can live a dairy and gluten free lifestyle. SO Delicious is a favorite of mine. I love so many of their products which are dairy, gluten and soy free. I would highly recommend that you try them all. It was nice to sit back and have a nice gluten free dessert without worrying about discomfort. I do not have celiac disease but my body responds so much better to food now that I steer clear of gluten containing items. I hope that your Friday will be nothing less than peaceful. Have some fun! We only live once and fun should always be on the menu of our daily lives.
