Foodie Friday: SO Delicious is the Truth!

SO Delicious’ Oatmilk Caramel Apple Crumble frozen treat that is soy, gluten and dairy free.

Today is Friday! Can you believe today is the first Friday in August? Summer is moving quickly. Today my article is a profile about one of my new favorite brands, SO Delicious. I am not paid to endorse this or any other product that I profile. I have always had discomfort with eating certain foods but I accepted that discomfort would always be a part of my eating. This year, I have could enjoy food without discomfort and it has changed my life. I have had a greater quality of life. I can just sit back and eat without the fear of getting sick or having discomfort.

Recently, I was at Target and walked by the ice cream/frozen food aisle. I saw SO Delicious‘ selection of frozen foods. I had thought that SO Delicious had soy in all their products so I stayed away. On this particular day at Target, I had a lot of time so I decided to read the label. When I saw the Oatmilk Apple Crumble frozen dessert was soy, gluten and dairy free, I was afraid. I had a bad experience earlier this year with another soy, gluten and dairy free product. So, I decided to take the leap and try SO Delicious.

I was very surprised at how good the Oatmilk Apple Crumble frozen dessert was and ended up getting more. I liked how it has so much flavor and was very creamy. I thought I was eating ice cream but I was not which was funny. I ended up trying the cashew milk snickerdoodle frozen dessert, strawberry banana coconut milk based yogurt alternative and cashew milk based chocolate cookies and cream frozen dessert. I had no complaints. As an added bonus, I talked to the SODelicious team on Twitter which was a delight. So, I am challenging you to take the SODelicious leap and you will not be disappointed. Make sure you connect with SODelicious on social media.  Have fun!
