A Healed Past Leads to Present and Future Victories

There is no such thing as a perfectly led life. Everyone has made mistakes, has regrets and been disappointed by other people. These mistakes, regrets, disappointments and more make up part of our past. There is a healing from our past that must take place. The healing may not occur right away due to shock and sadness but healing must eventually over time take place. The key is that healing has to take place so that the residue of the past does not impact your present and future. You may think that you can keep your past from your present and future by that is not true.

Think of a life changing event that happened to you within the last three years? Maybe someone stood you up on a date? Maybe you had a financial disaster? Maybe you dealt with the loss of a loved one or friend through death or a broken association? Maybe your heart was broken? Maybe your job or career underwent a major change? Whatever it is, have you had a moment to address your true and honest feelings about the event? Did you ask someone to share the burden with you? Did you bottle up your feelings? Whatever you did or did not do could be impacting you today.

I would encourage you to start the healing process. Everyone heals differently. Maybe you need to heal in private or maybe you need to heal in a group setting. Whatever you decide to do, I hope that you will get closure and that you will reap the victories of your present and future. Your present and future depend on you healing from your past. You will no longer live in bondage to your past but live in freedom and a life that is flowing with the benefits of freedom.

We only live our lives once and we do not want to live a life that that is below our standards. We deserve to live our very best lives. I hope that as you heal, that you will take notes and move on to greener and greater pastures. Sometimes, we can live in fear to the past. We want to live lives full of joy, love, peace and so much more. I am excited for you and myself as we make a commitment to live full lives.
