Summer is winding down. It is not over for a few more weeks. Are you feeling worn out or exhausted? It is time to take a break.  Rest is so good for your soul and very essential. When you work all the time, you cannot enjoy your life. Also, you are neglecting your relationships and friendships. Most importantly, your health is suffering. The body was created with the need to rest in order to replenish itself. Also, you have to make sure sometimes you unplug from technology. You do not need to be available to everyone 24 hours a day.  If you do not have time to take a break right now, you can plan for the fall or winter. You can extend a weekend or an upcoming holiday. Whatever you decide to do, please make sure you rest and relax.

You can go to the beach or the park.

Go for a spa day or get a spa treatment.

Go to a nearby town or city.

Take off a day from work and stay home without booking the day.

Book a trip to a new destination

Go to your county or state fair.

Checkout an outdoor or drive in movie.

Try a new restaurant.

You can have a Netflix or Hulu binge day.
